The ShinyMind app has been a great resource throughout the final year of my nursing degree. The daily inspirational messages have been a consistent reminder for me to take a minute of reflection and check in with myself. As student nurses, it’s so easy to lose yourself as naturally we put the well-being of others before ourselves, the app is easily navigated and has some excellent masterclasses to support you through a range of different stressors. The only thing I would say is I wish I knew about it earlier to help manage the dreaded second-year blues.
