Helping your
staff Shine
ShinyMind is a trusted partner of the NHS and the only app co-created,
developed and tested with staff from all levels.
Co-created with the NHS
For the last five years, we’ve been working with NHS organisations across the UK – in primary care, hospitals, mental health trusts and community health – meaning we have a unique understanding of the challenges, pressures and difficult situations that NHS staff face on a daily basis.
We’re empowering thousands of nurses, GPs, consultants, managers and support staff to be healthier, feel happier and think better with over 150 interactive exercises and masterclasses.
The ShinyMind app recognises these challenges, and that different people have different needs. Users can filter what’s important to them… ShinyMind is now showcased as a ‘Proven Innovation’ on Innovation Agency Exchange, the online resource managed by the Academic Health Science Networks (AHSNs) established by NHS England to spread innovation in health at pace and scale.

ShinyMind live
ShinyMind Live is a 12-month psychological development programme which brings to life the learning and development resources within ShinyMind, which is grounded in psychotherapy and develops an understanding of core self, resilience, self-awareness, reflexivity and confidence. Building wellness via ShinyMind across the year can help your workforce build self-efficacy, confidence and causal mindsets.
Longitudinal evidence shows improved teamwork, relationships, performance, retention and reduction in absenteeism – with improvements seen at both work and at home. It also includes reflective supervision sessions to embed and support the importance of this practice across your community.
