Co-designed with the NHS and GP practices, ShinyMind are pioneering a first-of-its-kind approach to deliver large-scale Mental Health Virtual Group Consultations, reducing primary care demand and widening access 100+ patients at a time. - 94% of patients felt significantly better, with 100% feeling better
- 75% of patients highly motivated to improve their mental health themselves, with 100% motivated
- 81% of patients felt less likely to need mental health support from their GP
- Based on 94% of patients eligible for NHS Talking Therapies support, it has achieved a statistically significant 6.5 point decrease in GAD and a 3.9 point decrease in PHQ, similar to improvement achieved by NHS TT.

‘Shine, Grow, Achieve’ Programme
A new psychological development programme designed specifically for NHS nurses and midwives in the first three years of their careers to tackle the high attrition rates currently being experienced in the NHS. This programme gives your nursing workforce the opportunity to shine, grow, and achieve a fulfilling and successful career. Participants learn to construct empowering beliefs and adopt a growth mindset that will help them own their voice and step up.

‘Power to Shine’ HCSW Programme
Developed to empower health care support workers in their roles, giving them the tools to support themselves and their wider teams so they can thrive and continue delivering great care. Improving retention and reducing burnout, participants end the programme with greater self-awareness, confidence and a changed perspective of their role and value.
How did HCSWs feel about the programme?
- 90% said their understanding and awareness of self had improved
- 80% said their confidence and wellbeing had improved
- 80% said their job satisfaction and productivity had improved
- 20% more likely to stay in the NHS

‘Releasing your Potential’ IENM Programme
A new pioneering, psychological development programme to support and equip internationally educated nurses with the tools and techniques to succeed in their OSCE first time and unlock their full potential to become outstanding nurses in practice within the NHS.
ShinyMind are currently co-designing the programme with NHS England South East, now live across several cohorts, and are delivering stakeholder discovery sessions to co-create and develop an interactive toolkit for IENMs who are preparing to taker their OSCE. Read our blog here.

‘Shine’ Wellbeing Prescription Programme
This award-winning primary care, digital transformation programme simultaneously supports the retention of primary care teams and improves the wellbeing of their patients.
Increasing primary care capacity, productivity and improving staff morale whilst reducing demand by enabling preventative prescribing of ShinyMind at population level. As a result, primary care teams have reported a 73% increase in productivity and job satisfaction.

‘Platform for Transformation’ Leadership Programme
Platform is an identity-level leadership programme which helps senior leaders step up with self-confidence, belief, authenticity and courage in order to have impact and personal influence within their own leadership journey, and to successfully deliver and embody their organisation and system transformational plans to improve patient care.
