After registration and payment, download ShinyMind from your app store and log in with the email address used to register and enter the password created when signing up. If you have forgotten your password, please use ‘Forgotten Password?’ and follow the steps to create a new password.

The ShinyMind app is designed to provide you with 24/7 personalised and confidential mental health and wellbeing support in your pocket. ShinyMind has 150 Masterclass exercises, interactive tools and resources to develop healthier thinking patterns, make positive changes in your everyday life and take control of your mental health.
After registration and payment, simply download ShinyMind and log in using your email address and password created when signing up. If you have forgotten your password, simply click Forgotten Password on the log in page and confirm your email address. This will send you a verification code to enter on ShinyMind and create a new password. However, if you have any issues, please contact hello@shinymid.co.uk for further support.
After purchasing, you’ll have access to the ShinyMind app for one year.
The Menopause LifePack was created in partnership with NHS England’s National Menopause Team and is an optional add-on within the ShinyMind app. It offers support for those experiencing perimenopause and menopause, helping users understand their symptoms, hear from others sharing similar experiences, and access exercises to support and improve their mental health and journey through menopause. If you have purchased the Menopause LifePack as an add-on, you will have access to this on ShinyMind.
ShinyMind is currently only available for smartphones and cannot be downloaded on desktop computers, laptops, or tablets.
Supportive nudges are messages you will receive from your ShinyMind app that will signpost you to empowerment resources, tools and exercises to support your self-development. Patients who follow these supportive nudges see a significant improvement in their mental health and anxiety.
To enable supportive nudges on your mobile device, go to Settings > Notifications > Find ShinyMind > Allow notifications.
